After successful liveness verification, PayTouch captures a standard 2D selfie photograph. The selfie is securely transmitted to PayTouch or an authorized KYC or identity-verification service provider for identity verification and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

PayTouch does not sell camera data, face-related liveness data, biometric information, or KYC selfie photographs for advertising or marketing purposes.

When the applicable retention period expires, personal information will be deleted or securely disposed of in accordance with our data-retention practices, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.
